乌药炮制工艺的研究

摘    要:目的比较乌药不同炮制工艺有效成分的拿量,确定最佳的炮制工艺。方法采用HPLC测定乌药不同炮制品中乌药内酯、乌药醚内酯、异乌药内酯及去甲异波尔定的含量,并比较不同炮制品有效成分的含量。结果乌药经炮制后,4种成分的含量均有不同程度的增加,总体而言,其含量的大小顺序为:微波炮制品〉醋烘炮制品〉醋炙乌药〉酒炙乌药〉盐炙乌药〉乌药片。结论醋烘法和微波炮制法可作为乌药新的炮制工艺。
