| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查确诊胎儿畸形的应用价值。方法对125例孕18～41周的妇女采用实时彩色多普勒超声仪进行系统检查。结果共出现胎儿畸形6例，发生率为4．8％，随着年龄的增大，胎儿畸形发生的概率越来越高；其中超声检查确诊为胎儿畸形5例，胎儿缺陷的超声诊断与产后临床符合率为100％，漏诊1例。结论彩色多普勒超声可发现大多数的胎儿形态结构异常，在胎儿畸形产前筛查中有重要的诊断价值，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application value of color Doppler ultrasound for precise diagnosis of fetal malformation.Methods 125 cases of pregnant women with 18 ~ 41 weeks were taken for real-time color Doppler system checks.Results Of 125 cases,a total of 6 cases had fetal abnormalities with the incidence rate of 4.8%.Following the increasing age,pregnant women had higher and higher probability of fetal malformation.Of these checks,ultrasound diagnosis found 5 cases of fetal malformation,the compliance rate... |
