187例恶性肿瘤患者CA724增高结果分析

目的探讨血清CA724对消化系统和非消化系统恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法用电化学发光免疫分析仪检测187例恶性肿瘤患者血清CA724,观察其中132例消化系统和55例非消化系统各部位恶性肿瘤所占的百分比率。结果 CA724增高前3位在消化系统恶性肿瘤组中肠癌占59.85%、胃癌占21.97%、肝癌占13.64%;非消化系统恶性肿瘤组中依次为肺癌占38.18%、子宫癌占29.09%、卵巢癌占23.64%。结论 CA724不仅可作为消化系统恶性肿瘤的良好指标,同时对非消化系统恶性肿瘤也有临床参考价值。

Analysis on high level of serum CA724 in patients with malignant tumors in 187 cases

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum CA724 in malignant tumors of digestive system and the other systems.Methods Serum CA724 levels were measured with EIECSYS in 187 patients with malignant tumors.To observe the percentage of 132 patients with malignant tumors of digestive system and 55 patients with malignant tumors of other systems.Results In the group of malignant tumors of digestive system,the three highest levels of serum CA724 were intestinal cancer（59.85%）,gastric cancer（21.97%） and liver cancer（23.64%）.In the group of malignant tumors of other systems,the three highest levels were lung cancer（38.18%）,uterine cancer（29.09%） and ovarian cancer（23.64%）.Conclusion Serum CA724 is not only a good marker in malignant tumors of digestive system,but also a clinical reference value in other systems.
