万拉法新对脑卒中后抑郁患者总体康复的影响

目的：探讨万拉法新（国产博乐欣）对中风后抑郁患者总体康复的影响。方法：同期住院的131例脑卒中病人中伴发抑郁症状者59例，随机分为万拉法新治疗组31例和对照组28例，于治疗前，治疗30天和60天后，分别用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）改良爱丁堡与期堪的那维亚量表（SSS）和日常生活能力量表（ADL）进行评定。结果：脑卒中后抑郁症的发生率为45．04％，伴抑郁症状组ADL评分，SSS评分明显高于不伴抑郁症状组，治疗后万拉法新治疗组HAMD评分，ADL评分及SSS评分均明显下降。结论：万拉法新能有效治疗脑卒中后抑郁状态，并促进病人的总体康复。

The influence of Venlafaxine to the general healing of post-stroke depression patients.

Objective To explore whether Venlafaxine(homemade Blossom)can influence the general healing of post stroke depression patients.Methods There were 59 post stroke depression patients in 131 in patients with stroke in the same period,they were separated randomly into two groups:31 patients in Venlafaxine treating group and other 28 patients in comparison group.To be assessed by the HAMD Scale,the Scandinanvian Stroke Scale(SSS) and the Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL).Results The incidence of post stroke depression was 45.04%,the ADL grade and the SSS grade of post stroke depression was highed than of no depression group.The HAMD grade,the ADL grade and the SSS grade of Venlafaxine group droped obviously after Venlafaxine treating.Conclusion Venlafaxine not only can treat effectively the depression of stroke patients,but also improve the general healing.
