| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自拟调中养胃汤(TCM)治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)的疗效。方法:将DGP患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,2组基础治疗相同;对照组用多潘立酮片治疗,观察组予自拟TCM口服,治疗均以4周为1个疗程。结果:观察组总有效率为90.0%,优于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05)。结论:自拟TCM治疗DGP效果明显优于多潘立酮片。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of self-made traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) stomach soup in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).Methods: Sixty cases were divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups received the same basic treatment,in the treatment group,patients drank self-made TCM stomach soup,and in the control group,the patients took domperidone respectively for four weeks as a course of treatment,observed the effects.Results: The total effectiveness rate was 90.0% for the treatment group and 66.7% for the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: The efficacy of self-made TCM stomach soup is significantly better than that of domperidone in treating DGP. |
