腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿疗效观察

目的：观察腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床效果。方法选择90例子宫内膜异位囊肿患者作为研究对象，将所有患者按照随机数字法分为两组。对照组患者给予开腹手术治疗，观察组患者给予腹腔镜手术治疗。对比两组患者的术中出血、手术时间、住院时间、术后发热、术后病率、术后镇痛以及切口愈合情况。结果观察组患者在治疗后，术中出血、手术时间、住院时间均小于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者术后病率和术后镇痛都明显优于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者切口甲级愈合率均为100%，比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论子宫内膜异位囊肿采取腹腔镜手术治疗疗效显著，能够有效减少手术时间和住院时间，降低术后病率，减少并发症。

Clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery for ovarian endometriosis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery for ovarian endometriosis Methods 90 patients with endometriosis wererandomly divided into two groups .The control group were treated with open surgery ,while patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopicsurgery. Difference between the two groups were compared ,in terms of blood loss,operative time, hospital stay, postoperative fever, postoperative morbidity,postoperative pain and wound healing. Results The blood loss, operative time, length of hospital stay in the treatment group were less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. At the same time, the postoperative morbidity and postoperative analgesia were significantly better thanthe control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Grade incision healing rate of the two groups were 100%,no difference（ P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis have significant effect,which can effectively shorten operative time and hospital stays, reduce postoperativemorbidity and complications.
