DA与MA方案诱导治疗急性髓系白血病的疗效分析

目的 分析比较柔红霉素联合阿糖胞苷（DA方案）和米托蒽醌联合阿糖胞苷（MA方案）诱导治疗急性髓系白血病的疗效及其不良反应。方法 将近年来收治的非M3型急性髓系白血病病例74例,按照诱导治疗方案进行分组。其中DA方案组40例,MA方案34例;比较DA方案与MA方案的治疗效果以及引发不良反应的情况。结果 DA组总有效率为60%（24/40）。MA组总有效率为82.4%（28/34）。两治疗组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。MA组发生骨髓抑制36例（发生率为90.0%）,高于DA组的73.5%;两组患者均出现不同程度的脱发、出血、感染等不良反应。结论 MA方案诱导治疗急性髓系白血病比DA方案好。

Efficacy of DA and MA programs induction therapy of acute myeloid leukemia

Objective To analyze the comparative daunorubicin and cytarabine（DA program） and mitoxantrone and cytarabine（MA program） induction therapy efficacy and adverse reactions of acute myeloid leukemia.Methods Non-M3 acute myeloid leukemia cases 74 cases admitted to our hospital in recent years,according to the induction therapy group.Group of 40 cases in which the DA program,MA program 34 cases;comparing DA treatment programs and MA programs and circumstances trigger adverse reactions.Results DA group,the total effective rate was 60%（24 /40）.MA group,the total effective rate was 82.4%（28 /34）.The total efficiency of two treatment groups was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.MA group had 36 cases of bone marrow suppression（incidence rate 90.0%）,higher than the 73.5% DA group;patients in both groups with varying degrees of hair loss,bleeding,infection and other adverse reactions.Conclusion MA program induction therapy of acute myeloid leukemia is better than DA program.
