摘    要:目的 采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)基因分型方法 监测肺炎克雷伯菌医院感染情况. 方法 对我院神经外科重症监护室临床分离的72株肺炎克雷伯菌进行RAPD基因分型,并通过指纹图谱比较分析,确证医院感染爆发. 结果 72株肺炎克雷伯菌共分得68型,未发生肺炎克雷伯菌医院感染局部流行. 结论 RAID基因分型方法 可对肺炎克雷伯菌进行分子流行病学调查.

Abstract:Objective To monitor nosocomial infections of Klebsiella pneumoniae by analyzing the randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). Methods RAPD analysis was used to genotype 72 Klebsiella pneumoniae strains isolated from the intensive care unit (ICU) of the neurosurgical department, and the fingerprints were compared to confirm the outbreak of nosocomial infection of Klebsiella pneumoniae. Results 72 strains Klebsiella pneurnoniae were classified into 68 RAPD types, suggesting the absence of an outbreak of nosocomial infection of glebsiella pneurnoniae in the ICU.Conclusian RAPD genotyping can be used in the molecular epidemiological study ofKlebsiella pneurnoniae.
