| 摘 要： | 目的规范护理病历书写,减少护士书写时间,提高护士工作效率。方法采用Client/Server体系结构,以Oracle数据库作为服务端,客户端程序使用PowerBuilder9.0语言作为开发工具。结果护理病历系统功能强大,简单易用,具有标准化、智能化等优点。结论护理病历系统的开发和应用,有利于规范护理文书的书写,提高护理文书的质量和护士工作效率。

| Abstract: | Objective To standardize nursing case records, reduce the time to complete the records,and improve nurses＇work efficiency. Method The system accorded to the Client/Server structure, used the oracle database as the server, and designed the client program by PowerBuilder 9.0 development lools. Result The nursing case record system had powerful factious and was easy to use. It also was a standardized and intelligent system. Conclusion The development and application of the nursing case records system can standardize nursing records, improve the quality of nursing case records, and promote nurses work efficiency. |
