| 摘 要： | 目的:研究进展期胃癌根治术后一种短期肠外营养支持方法的效果。方法:将5 2例进展期胃癌根治术后病人随机分为肠外营养支持组与对照组;观察在治疗后5～9d的氮平衡、营养指标及耐受指标变化。结果:营养支持组术后营养指标明显优于对照组,各营养指标差异有显著性,耐受指标与对照组比较无显著差异。结论:进展期胃癌根治术后采用适当的肠外营养支持治疗能改善病人术后营养状况,病人耐受良好

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effects of certain parenteral nutrition support in patients after eradicative operation of advanced gastric cancer.Methods: 52 cases were randomized into two groups:one group received parenteral nutrition(PN),the other group received normal treatment.Then nitrogen balance,serum albumin,prealbumin and transferrin were compared after therapy for 5～9 days.Results: The nutritional parameters of PN group were much superior to the control group,but there was no significant difference in toleration between the two groups.Conclusion: PN play an important role in nutrition support of patients after eradicative operation of advanced gastric cancer.Patients torlerate well. |
