锰的接触—反应/效应关系研究

摘    要:本文对60名接触高浓度和低浓度锰作业工人以及40名非锰作业者(对照组)进行了体格检查,尿锰和尿香草扁桃酸(VMA)测定,发现随着吸入锰烟尘浓度的增高,受检者的神经系统症状和体征以及尿锰和尿VMA 相应增高,经统计学检验有显著性差异。研究结果显示,尿锰和尿VMA 的增高对锰中毒的早期诊断有一定参考价值。

Abstract:Physical examinations were performed on 60 workers exposed to variousconcentrations of manganese fume with 40 unexposed persons as controls.Re-sults of the examinations indicated that the amount of Mn inhaled was relatedto their neurological symptoms and signs,urinary Mn and urinaryvanillylmandelic acid (VMA) in a statistical significant,directly proportionalmanner,which suggested that any increase of urinary Mn and urinary VMAcan be regarded as a sign of Mn poisoning,which may contribute for the earlydiagnosis of such occupational hazard.
