给与不给铝的矽肺大鼠肺中石英含量与病变的关系

摘    要:利用红外光谱法测定了矽肺大鼠肺中矽结节组织和非结节组织的石英含量以及给予柠檬酸铝后的影响。结果表明,两组石英90%均集中在肺的矽结节,全肺石英总量的变化不明显,但山厂柠檬酸铝具有抑制石英的致纤维化能力,故每mg 石英所产生的胶原蛋白量有明显的差别。提示给予铝制剂防治后,肺组织可以承受更大量的石英打击。从而为进一步探讨肺中铝与石英的关系提供了依据。

Abstract:The quartz content in the fibrotic nodules and normal lungs ofsilicotic rats treated with aluminium citrate were compared with untreat-ed silicotic rats as contrds.The Al treatment decreased the dry weightof lungs and inhibited the formation of collagen.90% of quartz waspooled in the nodules.Although there was no significant difference inthe total quartz content of the whole lung of the two groups,yet be-cause Al citrate has the activity to inhibit the formation of fibrosis,thecollegenous protein produced by every mg of quartz may show somedifferences,which suggests that after AI pre-treatment the lung canresistant the attack of more quartz particles.
