外周血淋巴细胞微核形态与铅苯的遗传效应关系

摘    要:
本文报道了铅、苯接触者及非接触毒物者各110名的外周血淋巴细胞微核率及微核形态观察的结果。结果表明:接触组微核率中位数明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。铅组大微核率与苯组比较有非常显著意义(P<0.001),铅组的多微核率也比苯高,两组有显著意义(P<0.05)。结果提示:铅的遗传负荷比苯大。

Abstract:
This paper presents the results of micronuclear rate and micronuclearmorphology of each 110 subjects exposed to lead/benzene with healthynonexposed as control,Result of the observation showed that the medianmicronuclear rate of the exposed groups were significantly higher than that ofthe control (P<0.001).Great micronuelear rate of the lead group weresignificantly different from that of the beuzene group(P<0.001).Multimicronuelear rate of lead group were also significantly differ-ent as compared to the benzene group (P<0.05).The result suggested that thegenetic load of lead is greatter than benzene.
