镉对小白鼠睾丸附睾影响的定量组织学研究

摘    要:镉处理后的小白鼠睾丸,早期,间质水肿、血管扩张。给药一周后,睾丸萎缩,六周后,睾丸重量下降62%,曲细精管相对体积减小38%,而间质(间质细胞和结缔组织)相对体积增加70%左右。附睾重量也稍减轻,附睾头郎附睾管正皮相对体积减小,而管间结缔组织增加。镉对附睾的损害可用锌来预防。

Abstract:At the early stage after cadmium treatment,The interstitial tissues of thetestis of the treated mice showed edema and increase in size.the blood vesselsexhibited dilatation and congestion.At the first week after the treatment therewas a drastic decline in testis weight by 62% and the seminiferous tubulesshowed atrophy whereas the volume occupied by the interstitial tissue (in-cluding Leydig cells and connective tissue) augmented nearly 70% because ofits proliferation.The epididymis decreased slightly in size.Incaput epididymidis the volume occupied by the epithelium reduced whereasthe relative amount of the connective tissue increased.These adverse effects induced by cadmium can be protected by admini-stration of zinc.
