| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨流式细胞术（FCM）在测定脑脊液标本白细胞数中的应用价值。方法：采用流式细胞术绝对计数法测定73份脑脊液标本的白细胞数，并与手工Neubauer计数盘计数结果相比较。结果：两种方法计数白细胞的结果具有高度相关性（r2=0．95），有显著性差异（P〈0．001），FCM法计数白细胞时仪器具有良好的线性。结论：流式细胞术绝对计数法因具有精确，客观性强的优点，是脑脊液白细胞计数的一种优选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the application of flow cytometric absolute counting method for counting leukocytes in cerebrospinal fluid.Methods:Using flow cytometry method counts 73 samples of leukocytes in cerebrospinal fluid,with neubauer and hand-count results of the plate count compared.Results:Two kinds of methods correlated significantly(r2=0.95),and significant differences(P<0.001), FCM when the white blood count machines have good linear.Conclusion:The method of FCM provides a reliable and objective tool for measurement of countingleukocytes in cerebrospinal fluid. |
