摘    要:目的:研究在全院级PACS建设和应用中,各类影像的统一识别、存储、传输和临床应用。方法:结合医院实际情况和影像科室、临床科室的业务需求,进行PACS架构设计、优化患者身份识别、建立分级存储架构、确立数据一致性规则,确保医学影像从影像科室向临床的高效传输,方便临床调阅。结果:以相对合理的投入,取得了良好的应用效果,较好地解决了患者身份识别、影像分级存储、数据一致性等关键问题。结论:全院级PACS建设需结合医院实际情况,更容易获得高性价比的应用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the unified identification, storage, transmission and the clinical applications of various types of images in the construction and application of Full-PACS. Methods: Combined with actual situation of the hospital and the business needs of imaging department and clinical departments, design PACS architecture, optimize patient identification, build tiered storage architecture, and establish data consistency rules to ensure the efficient transmission of medical images from the imaging department to the facilitate clinical and bring convenience to clinical reading. Results: With relatively reasonable inputs, a good application effect has been obtained, key issues such as patient identification, image tiered storage, and data consistency and so on have been well resolved. Conclusion: Combined with the actual situation of the hospital, the construction of Full-PACS will be more accessible to the application of cost-effectiveness.
