应用人力资源管理理论指导医院数字化建设的重要意义

摘    要:结合人力资源理论,对现代医院数字化信息系统的建设进行了分析和评价,总结了造成部分医院数字化建设失败的原因,认为医院数字化建设实质上应该是一种有计划的组织结构变革,提出了用人力资源管理理论指导数字化建设的建议,设计了符合组织机构变革理论要求的具体实施步骤,分析了应用人力资源管理理论指导医院数字化建设的重要意义。

Abstract:This study was to analyze and evaluate the building of modern hospital digitization information system using human resource theory and to summarize the part cause of the hospital digitization construction failure, showed that hospital digitization construction should be one kind of planned organizational structure reform in nature, produced the recommendations of human resource management theory guiding the hospital digitization construction, designed a specific implementation steps the organizational structure reform theory requires and analyzed the important significance of human resource management theory guiding digitalization hospital building
