| 摘 要： | 结合人力资源理论，对现代医院数字化信息系统的建设进行了分析和评价，总结了造成部分医院数字化建设失败的原因，认为医院数字化建设实质上应该是一种有计划的组织结构变革，提出了用人力资源管理理论指导数字化建设的建议，设计了符合组织机构变革理论要求的具体实施步骤，分析了应用人力资源管理理论指导医院数字化建设的重要意义。
