| 摘 要： | 目的：通过自助服务系统，提高医院服务质量及效率。方法：应用现代信息技术手段，实现自助服务系统与医院信息系统交叉融合，提供自助服务。结果：提升了自助服务质量，优化了就医流程，节约了就医时间。结论：自助服务系统是医院提升医疗服务品质的有效途径。
