远程会诊医疗数据采集系统的研发与应用

随着医改方案的逐步实施，远程会诊与教学系统的建设与应用将会提到一个更重要的地位。然而，目前已有的远程会诊系统，在数据采集传输方面，还不能够直接从医院已有的信息系统（或只有针对某单一系统）中提取数据，不能异地同步操作数据，致使远程会诊组织效率小高，会诊质量不高。为此，以真接在医院信息系统中提取数据为主、兼顾方便手工采集数据为目标，开发研制了一套“远程会诊医疗数据采集系统”，与现有的远程会诊系统联合使用，以期提高远程会诊的工作效率和会诊质量，取得了较好的效果。

Development and Application of Medical Data Acquisition System for Teleconsulation

Witb the gradual implementation of the health reform program, the application of the teleconsultation system will play a more important role. However, data collection and transmission of the existing teleconsultation system can not （or only for a single system） directly extract data from the current hospital information systems, as well as ofT-site synchronization of application data. Which results in that efficiency of teleconsultation is not high enough, the quality also is not satisfied. To this end, we developed a set of medical data acquisition system of teleconsultation, which can extract the data directly in hospital information system, and also take into account the convenience of hand-collected data. The system can be used with existing teleconsultation system together to improve the work efficiency and consultations quality ofteleconsultation and it has brought some good effects.
