人工肱骨头置换的近期疗效

目的：探讨人工肱骨头假体置换的临床疗效。方法：对本院骨科10例肱骨头粉碎性骨折、坏死及肿瘤等疾病的患者,行肱骨头假体置换术后的肩关节功能和稳定性进行疗效观察。结果：平均23个月的随访显示,人工肱骨头置换术比骨折内固定手术时间短,术后肩关节疼痛和关节功能恢复快,但存在较多并发症,如假体松动,关节不稳,等。结论：对肱骨头粉碎性骨折等疾病,使用肩关节假体置换,可以显著缩短康复的时间,减少病人痛苦,改善关节功能。但仍有较多并发症,其手术适应证的选择、手术技巧及术后康复有待进一步完善。

Short-Term Efficacy of Humeral Head Replacement

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of humeral head replacement. Methods： Ten patients with lesions of humeral head, including eomminuted fracture, necrosis and tumor, were evaluated for function recovery and stability of the shoulder joint after prosthetic replacement of the humeral head. Results： The patients were followed up for a mean of 23 months. Compared with internal fixation, prosthetic replacement resulted in less operative time, milder arthralgia and quicker recovery, but was associated with more complications such as loosening and instability of the prothesis. Conclusion： Prosthetic replantent of the shoulder joint may lead to significantly quicker recovery, less pain and more favorable joint function, but can be associated with more complications. The choice of this option, surgical techniques and postoperative rehabilitation remain further refinement.
