摘    要:本文在收集899个脑脊液搏动波形(CSFPW)的基础上探索了CSFPW与颅内顺应性的关系,按照CSFPW的谐波关系不同区分为四类CSFPW的平均颅内压(mICP)变化联线与Langfitt等建立的容积一压力曲线很相似,故用观察CSFPW变化对估价颅内顺应性改变成为有可能。这样要比通常使用的容积一压力测试(VPT)简便,而且能持续进行,不需要复杂的数学计算.安全。

Abstract:Basing on 899 records of cerebrospinal fluid pulse waveform(CSFFW),the relation between CSFFW and intracranial compliance were researched. According to the variation of the CSFPW harmonic wave relation,four groups of CSFPW were made. A curve line which was establisbed with the connection of mean intracranial pressure of the different CSFPW groups showed very siAnlar to the volume pressure curve made by Langfitt. The changing of the harmonic wave relation or waveform of CSFPW could be used to reflect the intracranial compliance. To observe the variation of the harmonic wave relation or the waveform of CSFPW would be more simpler than volume pressure test (VPT). The intracranial compliance could bc monitored continuously and conveniently without any medical manipulation or mathematical calculation.
