提高极低出生体重儿存活率的护理研究

目的研究护理措施在极低出生体重儿存活率中的作用。方法按我院新生儿病区监护室 (NICU)建立的前后 ,分为前五年组 (1989～ 1993年 )和后五年组 (1994～ 1998年 ) ,比较两组极低出生体重儿并发症的发生率、存活率。结果两组极低出生体重儿的胎龄、出生体重构成比差异无显著意义 (P〉0 .0 5 )。主要并发症呼吸系统疾病的病死率 ,严重感染的病死率和颅内出血的发生率 ,后五年组较前五年组均下降 ,差异均有显著性意义 (P〈0 .0 5 )。结论建立NICU ,加强对护士的培训 ,提高护士对重症监护的整体护理水平 ,配合医疗 ,是提高极低出生体重儿存活率的关键。

Nursing study on improving the survival rate for infant with extremely low body weight at birth after heart operation

Objestive To study the effect of nursing practice in improving the survival rate of infant with extremely low body weight at birth.Method compared the infant survival rate and occurrence rate of extremely low body weight before and after the establishment of neonate intensive care unit(NICU)at five years interval(1989 to 1993,1994 to 1998). Result There is no significant difference in embryo period and body weight at birth for the two groups of infant with extremely body weight( P >0.05).the mortality caused by respiratory infection and severe infection,incidence of intracanial hemorrhage five years after NICU setup were reduced,there is significant difference compared with that before the NICU establishment( P <0.05). Conclusion Establishing of NICU, strengthening nurse training to improve nurse's holistic nursing level of monitoring for severe cases and cooperated with medicine were the key for increasing the survival rate of infant with extremely low body weight at birth.
