胃癌及胃粘膜上皮异型增生的形态计量

从嗜银染色,用VDP-1750型自动图像分析仪,对100例胃癌及胃粘膜上皮异型增生的组织结构、细胞的核和核仁组成区嗜银蛋白进行10项几何学参数、构造参数的形态计量。结果表明异型增生、腺癌的参数值随异型程度加重而递增,按SNK法作两两比较后,86.67％有非常显著性差异（P<0.01）。我们认为图像分析能对胃粘膜上皮异型增生及癌变作出客观正确的诊断、分级。

A morphometric study of carcinoma and epithelial dysplasia of the stomach

The geometric and textural features and nuclear and nucleolar organizer regions of the cell were measured in 100 cases of adenocarcinoma and epithelial dysplasia of the stomach adopting silver colloid technique, with VDP-1750 automatic image analysis system (VICOM company, USA). The results demonstrated that the parameters were obviously different between the epithelial dysplasia and adenocarcinoma, and their values increased depending on the degree of dysplasia of the cells. According to SNK method, the differences between 86. 67% of the parameter-pairs compared were significant (P<0. 01). Therefore, we suggest that image analysis could be taken as an objective index of quantitative diagnosis and grading of epithelial dysplasia and can-ceration of gastric mucosa.
