酚妥拉明治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期患者疗效观察

目的:观察酚妥拉明治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期患者的疗效。方法:将69例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,在治疗组与对照组相同的综合治疗基础上加用酚妥拉明静滴,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率93.75%,显效率68.75%,均高于对照组;治疗组起效时间、住院天数均短于对照组;红细胞压积、血红蛋白及动脉血氧分压指标改善高于对照组。两组指标差异均具有统计学意义。结论:酚妥拉明可以明显提高肺心病急性加重期患者疗效,值得临床推广。

Observation on Curative Effects of the Patients with Acute Serious Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease by Phentolamine

Objective:To observe the curative effects of the patients with acute serious chronic pulmonary heart disease treated with phentolamine.Methods:Sixty-nine patients with acute serious chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.In addition to general treatment as the same as the control group,the treatment group was extra treated by phentolamine intravenous so as to compare the curative effects of the two groups.Results:The general effective rate in the treatment group was 93.75%,markedly effective rate was 68.75%,and they were higher than those in the control group.And the time of an initial effect and the days of hospitalization were shorter than those of the control group.Index improvements of hematocrit,hemoglobin and arterial partial pressure of oxygen in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group.Between the two groups,there was of statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phentolamine can obviously improve the curative effects of the patients with acute serious chronic pulmonary heart disease and it is a method worthy of popularizing.
