摘    要:对傣药决明子Cassia occidentalis的化学成分进行研究,以期发现新的活性化合物。运用硅胶、凝胶、MCI-GEL树脂及PR-HPLC等多种色谱技术对活性成分进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构,并用MTT法测定了化合物对NB4,A549,SHSY5Y,PC3,MCF75株人癌细胞株的细胞毒活性。从决明子中分离鉴定了2个倍半萜类化合物(1,2)。化合物1为新化合物,命名为6-羟甲基-4-异丙基-7-甲氧基-1-萘甲酸甲酯,该化合物具有细胞毒活性。

Abstract:For the purpose of finding new bioactive agents from ethnic medicines, the chemical study on Dai Medicine Cassia occidentalis was carried out. The chemical constituents from the seeds of C. occidentalis were isolated by column chromatographic methods on silica gel, MCI-Gel resin, Sephadex LH-20, and high performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques. The cytotoxicity of the compound for NB4, A549, SHSY5Y, PC3, and MCF7 cells line was also assayed by using the MTT method. Two sesquiterpenes (1 and 2) were isolated from this plant. Compound 1 is a new compound and named as methyl 6-(hydroxymethyl)-4-isopropyl-7-methoxynaphthalene-1-carboxylate. Compound 1 also displayed high cytotoxicity with the tested cancer cell-lines.
