连翘的苯乙醇苷类成分研究

摘    要:目的研究连翘Forsythia suspensa果实的化学成分。方法采用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、反相HPLC等多种色谱手段对连翘果实进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从连翘果实50%乙醇提取物中分离得到2个苯乙醇苷类化合物,分别鉴定为7R-suspensaside methyl ether(1)和7S-suspensaside methyl ether(2)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为连翘酯苷K。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Forsythia suspensa. Methods Compounds were isolated by combination of various chromatographic techniques including column chromatography over macroporous resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and reversed-phase HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical property and spectroscopic analysis. Results Two compounds were isolated from the 50% ethanol extract of the fruits of F. suspensa and identified as 7R-suspensaside methyl ether (1) and 7S-suspensaside methyl ether (2). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named forsythoside K.
