| 摘 要： | 该文基于肠道菌群的生理功能,综述了近年来中药与肠道菌群相互作用的研究进展,包括有毒/刺激性中药对肠道菌群的失调影响,中药对肠道菌群失调的转归作用,肠道细菌对中药成分的代谢作用以及肠道菌群与宿主的共代谢作用等方面,对中药特定生物效应与肠道菌群结构及"肠道菌群-宿主共代谢"内源性代谢物间的联系进行思考和展望,旨在为基于肠道菌群探讨中药的生物学作用机制和物质基础,推动中药临床的安全有效应用提供新的策略。
