分子鉴定技术在中药中的应用

摘    要:对近些年来兴起的分子鉴定技术进行了分析总结,主要包括随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)、扩增性简单序列重复(ISSR)、限制性内切酶切片段长度多态性(RFLP)、扩增限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(AFLP)、单核苷酸多态性(SNP)、DNA条形码序列分析等技术。从中药材真伪鉴定、中药材正品与替代品鉴定、中药材多基原鉴定和遗传多样性、中药材产地鉴别、中药材年限鉴别5个方面对分子鉴定技术在中药中的应用进展进行了归纳总结,阐述了分子鉴定技术存在的一些问题及其未来的发展方向。

Abstract:The burgeoning molecular identification techniques in recent years have been analyzed and summarized in this paper, such as RAPD, ISSR, RFLP, AFLP, SNP, and DNA barcode sequence analysis techniques. The application of the molecular identification techniques has been summarized in the following five aspects:the identification on the authenticity (true or false), genuine products and substitute, multi base source and genetic diversity, producing area, and growing year discrimination of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, We put forward some technical problems in the molecular identification to be solved and expect the development and prospects in the future.
