| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨口腔及口咽癌术后咽腔软组织缺损的修复方法。方法应用多种组织瓣修复此类缺损１３例，结果３种组织瓣全部成活，功能和外形良好。结论舌瓣适合小范围缺损，前壁皮瓣适合保留部分颌骨的大范围缺损，胸大肌肌皮瓣适合切除颌骨的大块缺损。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the methods of the repair of the oropharyneal soft tissue defects after operation of oropharyneal cancer.Methods Three different flaps were used to cover the defects in 13 ca ses, especially, reconstruction of large defects of the oral cavity and oropharynx.Results All flaps well survived. Functional and cosmetic result were satisfactory. Conclusion Tongue flaps were used for the small defects in the aged. Forearm free flaps were used for large defects to maintain the mandibular conti nuity. Pectoris major masculecutanous flaps were used for reconstruction of larg e soft tissue defects after the resection of the mandible and maxilla. |
