| 摘 要： | 目的研究低场磁共振弥散加权成像（DWI）对脑梗死及胶质瘤的应用价值。方法将24例脑梗死、5例胶质瘤患者进行常规MR和弥散加权成像检查,并将DWI序列图像与常规T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR序列图像进行比较分析。结果在DWI序列急性脑梗死100%表现为高信号,陈旧性脑梗死42%表现为等信号,58%表现为低信号。胶质瘤其瘤体表现为混杂信号,瘤周水肿表现为等信号。结论低场磁共振弥散加权像较常规T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR序列图像更早发现急性脑梗死的异常信号,能区分新旧梗死灶,并与胶质瘤鉴别。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of diffusion weighted imaging,using perma-nent magnetic MR equipment in the diagnosis of brain diseases.Methods In 29 patients with brain diseases(24 cerebral infarction,5 cerebral glioma) ,its findings were analyzed and compared with that of T1WI,T2WI and FLAIR.Results All the acute infarctions showed 100% hyperintense on DWI,chronic infarctions presented equal or slightly hypointense,cerebral glioma presented chaotic signal and its edema showed equal singnal.Conclusion It could more early find the abnormal signal on DWI in acute infarction,using the permanent magnetic MR equipent,than on T2WI FLAIR,and conld diffrential acute infarction from chronic cerebral infarction.It is useful for the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of other diseases such as cerebral glioma. |
