冠状动脉旁路移植术10例

目的：应用血管桥移植手段改善狭窄的冠状动脉远的心肌缺血。方法：对１０例病人采用自体大隐静脉及内乳动脉作移植血管桥行冠状动脉搭桥术，应用大隐静脉桥２８根，内乳动脉桥５根；术中注意心肌保护及术后监护治疗。结果：８例病人手术成功，术后病人心弱痛、胸闷、气短等症状完全缓解，心电图示心肌缺血明显改善，２例死亡，与心肌未完全血管化有关。结论：冠状动脉螃 路移植术是治疗冠心病的主要方法，成功的关键是心肌完全血管

A report of 10 Cases of Coronary Bypass Operation

Try to improve the blood supply in the ischemic myocardium with coronary artery stenosis by coronary bypass operation. Method: 10cases with coronary heart disease were operated on with transplanted blood vessel bridge from autogenous great saphenous veins and medial mammary artery, 28 great saphenous vein bridges and 5 medial mammary artery bridges were applied. Results: The operation was successful in 8 cases, whose symptoms such as angina pectoris, chest distress and short breath were remitted after the operation, and electrocardiograms showed an obviously improved blood supply of myocardium. 2 cases died, which was probably due to the incomplete revascularization of myocardium. Conclusion: Coronary bypass operation is a major method to cure coronary heart disease, A successful such operation depends upon complete revascularization, intesive myocardium protection and postoperative nursing.
