胃癌中幽门螺杆菌与凋亡相关蛋白p53、BcL-2、Fas表达相关性研究

目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染在胃癌发生、发展中与p53基因、BcL-2基因、Fas基因表达的关系。方法：用Warthin-Starry染色法和快速尿素酶试验观察在不同胃病黏膜组织中Hp的感染情况,用免疫组化S-P法检测p53、BcL-2、Fas基因蛋白的表达。结果：胃癌及癌前病变（IM、Dys）组中Hp感染率明显高于慢性胃炎（CG）组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。p53、Bcl-2的阳性表达率在GC、Dys和IM组中明显高于CG组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;Fas在GC及Dys组中表达明显低于CG组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。在GC、Dys及IM中,Hp感染（＋）组中p53、Bcl-2基因蛋白表达阳性率高于Hp感染（-）组,Fas基因蛋白的表达低于Hp感染（-）组,差异有统计学（P〈0.05）。结论：Hp与胃癌的发生关系密切,在胃癌的发生发展过程中,Hp感染与细胞凋亡调控蛋白p53、Bc1-2及Fas之间存在相互协同的关系。

Relationship between Hp and apoptosis-related proteins p53,BcL-2 and Fas expressions in gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the relationship between Hp infection and p53,BcL-2,Fas expressions in gastric cancer.Method Infection of Hp in different gastric mucosa were observed by W-S staining and rapid urease test.p53,BcL-2 and Fas protein expressions were determined by immunohistochemical technology.Results The expressions of Hp were higher in gastric carcinoma group and precancerous lesion group than chronic gastritis group(P<0.05).The expressions of p53 and Bcl-2 were higher in GC,Dys and IM group,compared with CG group(P<0.05).The expressions of Fas were lower in GC and Dys group than CG group (P<0.05).The expressions of p53 and Bcl-2 in Hp(+) group were higher than those in Hp(-) group(P<0.05),Fas in Hp(-) group were higher than those in Hp(+) group(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of gastric carcinoma has close relations with Hp infection.Hp infection and apoptosis-related proteins p53,BcL-2 and Fas have synergetic relations in the development of gastric carcinoma.
