| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高应激状态对机体胃肠道激素分泌的影响，及应激状态下胃粘膜的损伤情况。方法 采用放射免疫方法（ＲＩＡ）对作战部队高射炮兵应急作战射弹演练前后血清中胃泌素、胰岛素水平了测定，并对其胃粘膜变化做了电子内镜检察与分析。结果 血清胃泌素含量射弹后低于射弹前，但无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５），血清胰岛素含量射弹后低于射弹前，有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）；作战官兵的胃粘膜大射弹后有一定程度的损伤。结论

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influence induced by high stress on the secretion of hormones in gastric and intestinal channel Methods Radioimmunoassay(RIA) was used to determine the levels of serum gastrin and insulin in soldiers of an emergency combat unit Electron endoscopic was given to observe the histomorphological changes of gastric mucosae Results The level of serum gastrin was lower after firing than before firing,the difference was not significant(P>0 05) The level of serum insulin was lower after firing than before firing,the difference was significant(P<0 01) The gastric mucosae of the soldiers were damaged to a certain extent Conclusion Under many stresses such as strenuous manoeuvre and/or noisy circumstances,the levels of serum gastrin and insulin decreased High stress can lead to gastric mucosal lesion |
