川芎嗪丹参交替离子导入治疗眼底出血后期病变疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察川芎嗪注射液与丹参注射液交替使用眼部直流电离子导入法治疗眼底出血后期病证的疗效。方法:采用DY—LDY3型直流电离子导入仪局部使用川芎嗪、丹参药物交替离子导入法,对门诊眼底出血病变处于气滞血瘀证型患者43例(58眼)治疗,与单纯使用丹参注射液离子导入法的对照组40例(54眼)进行比较。结果:治疗组显效19眼(32.80%);有效34眼(58.62%),无效6例(10.34%),总有效率89.66%;对照组显效11眼(20.37%);有效26眼(48.15%),无效17例(31.48%),总有效率68.52%;治疗时间:治疗组平均5.4天,对照组平均7.6天。结论:川芎嗪、丹参交替电离子导入,可显著增强视网膜血管对眼底瘀血的吸收与代谢,缩短眼底视功能恢复的时间。

Abstract:Objective : To observe the curative effect of direct current iontophoresis in ocular region with Injectio Chuanxiongzine and Injectio Salvia miltiorrhiza ahemately on subhyaloid hemorrhage in later period. Method: 43 cases (58 eyes )with subhyaloid hemorrhage belonging to type of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis in treatment group were treated by Injectio Chuanxiongzine and Salvia mihiorrhiza alternately with DY-LDY3 Direct Current Iontophoresis Meter, and 40 ones (54 eyes) in control group were done by iontophoresis only with Injectio Salvia mihiorrhiza. Result: In treatment group 19 eyes (32.80%) were excellent, 34 eyes (58.62%) effective and 6 eyes (10.34%) ineffective. The total effective rate was 89.66%. In control group 11 eyes (20.37%) were excellent, 26 eyes (48.15%) effective and 17 eyes (31.48%) ineffective. The total effective rate was 68.52%. The time of therapy was 5.4 days in treatment group and 7.6 days in control group on average. Conclusion : Direct current iontophoresis in ocular region with Injectio Chuanxiongzine and Salvia mihiorrhiza alternately can effectively enhance absorption and metabolism of stagnant blood by retinal vessel in fundus.
