不合理应用抗菌药物典型病例的临床分析

目的指导临床合理应用抗菌药物,提高医疗质量。方法通过临床药师参与临床用药督导,对天府矿务局总医院临床2008年1月至12月不合理抗菌药物应用情况的病例进行分析、汇总、反馈,使患者能够安全、有效、经济、合理用药。结果抗菌药物在天府矿务局总医院临床药物的应用中占51%,其中抗菌药物的不合理占该类药物的10%。因此,医院应加大临床用药督导力度,促进抗菌药物的合理应用。结论临床药师参与临床用药非常必要。

Analysis on Typical Cases of Clinical Unreasonable Application of Antibacterials

Objective To supervise clinical reasonable application of antibacterials and improve medical treatment quality. Methods To make a survey of the situation of clinical application of antibacterials during the period the period January 2003 to December 2003 after supervise of clinical pharmacist, typical cases of clinical unreasonable using antibacterials were analysized to make patients receive antimicrobials safely, effectively, economicly and reasonably. Results 51% patients had received antibacterials, and the rate of unreasonable application of antimicrobials was 10%. Conclusion It is very necessary for clinical pharmacist to strengthen the supervise of clinical using antimicrobials.
