| 摘 要： | 建立七株分泌抗风疹病毒(RV)McAb杂交瘤细胞株,其中1种McAb经辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记后用于检测组织培养中的RV,可在细胞病变(CPE)尚未出现时,清楚地分辨感染细胞和正常细胞。用该McAb可检出1/4单位的血凝素,敏感性高于多克隆血清,可望用于临床,诊断RV感染。

| Abstract: | Seven hybridomas secreting monoclonal antibodies (McAb) to rubella virus (RV) were obtained. One of them, R46, was labelled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Comparing with mouse anti-RL serum in indirect EL1SA, a method was developed simpler than hemagglutination-inhibition test (HI) and 1/4 unit of hemagglutinin could be detected with HRP-R46, 1 unit of hemagglutinin was detected with mouse serum. In cell-culture ELISA as a new and simple method, RV infected cells and normal cells could be distinguished with HRP-R46 before appearance of CPE. Because of the simplicity and sensitivity, HRP-R46 may be used in clinical diagnosis of RV infection. |
