间歇性外斜视术后同视机训练对立体视恢复与重建的影响

目的探讨同视机训练对间歇性外斜视术后双眼单视功能重建与恢复的影响。方法对80例间歇性外斜视术后患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组进行观察,治疗组应用同视机进行脱抑制及融合功能训练,检查术前、术后和术后540天的三级功能和近立体视锐度,并进行比较分析。结果治疗组与对照组相比,同视机训练后治疗组有三级功能的人数明显多于对照组,具有不同程度近立体视觉者也明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用同视机对间歇性外斜视术后的患者进行脱抑制及融合功能训练,对立体视的恢复与重建是有帮助的。

The effect of synoptophore training in stereopsis rebuilding of the postoperative intermittent exotropia

Objective To evaluate the effect of Synoptophore training in stereoacuity rebuilding of the postoperative intermittent exotropia.Methods 80 cases with postoperative exotropia were randomly divided into the training group and the control grorp.In the former group,the patients were trained with Synptophore to remove the suppression and enhance their fusion.Synoptophore 3 grades and near stereoacuity were observed and analysed before operation,after operation,and 540 day after operation.Results Compared the training group with control group,in the former,the unmber of patients with Synoptophore 3 grades and the near stereopsis was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Removing suppression and enhancing fusion with Synoptophore training can be helpful in rebuilding patients stereopsis in postoperative intermittent exotropia.
