北京市1995年健康人群麻疹抗体水平监测

北京市１９９５年对６３７名０一４５岁健康人群进行了麻疹抗体水平监测，抗体阳性率为８６．０３％，几何平均滴度倒数（ＧＭＲＴ）６８３。以现有的抗体水平，本市近年不会出现大面积的麻疹流行，但局部大年龄组人群麻疹暴发或散发病例的出现不可避免，本次监测结果显示，４～６月龄婴儿麻疹易感率已高达７５％，阳性者中抗体均处于低水平，易造成麻疹疫苗（ＭＶ）初免前发病比重增加。因此，建议ＭＶ初免提前至６月龄，或考虑给婚的体检的女青年进行ＭＶ加强免疫，以提高育龄期妇女的抗体水平。本次结果还显示，麻疹抗体水平无地区差异，说明本市接种工作发展比较平衡并保持在较高水平。

SURVEILLANCE ON THE MEASLES ANTIBODY LEVELOF HEALTHY POPULATION IN BEIJING IN 1995

In 1995 in Beijing, the measles antibody level was survyed in 637 healthy persons at the age of 0 - 45. The measles antibody positive rate was 86.03 % , the GMT was 1 : 683. The im- mune status indiccated that measles epidemic will not occur in large scale in the recent years, but local sporadic cases or outbreak in higher age population can not be avoided. The measles susceptibility rate in infants aged 4 - 6 months reached 75 %, and the antibody level of the measles antibody positive infants was rather low, this will result in an increase of measles cases in infants befor their primary immunization . Therefore we suggest an earlier immunization to infants at 6 months of age or a supplementary measles vaccination to the youths before their marriage to raise the antibody level . The survey also showed that there is no difference in measles antibody level in different districts and counties investigated , indicating that the measles immunization work has been carried out evenly in Beijing.
