摘    要:目的了解人群血尿酸浓度水平及其升高与性别、年龄的关系.方法采用Beckman-Coulter CX-7全自动生化分析仪酶法测定体检者空腹血尿酸浓度.结果血尿酸浓度及升高与性别、年龄存在一定的关系,所有年龄组男性测定值及升高率均高于女性.结论各实验室应建立自己的不同性别、年龄的参考值,有条件的应将血尿酸浓度的测定列为定期体检项目,预防相关疾病的发生.

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between the concentration level of serum uric acid and its rise and gender or age. Methods The fasting serum uric acid was measured by uricase method. Results The concentration level of serum uric acid and its rise were associated with gender and age. The serum uric acid level and the positive rate of high uric acid of male were higher than that of the female in each age group. Conclusions Each Lab should establish its own reference for different gender and age. In order to prevent the occurrence of high uric acid, we should take the detection of serum uric acid concentration as a regular item of physical examinations.
