腰夹脊穴温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的：观察腰夹脊穴温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：50例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为治疗组和对照组各25例，治疗组以腰夹脊为主行温针灸治疗，对照组针刺腰夹脊穴为主，观察两组疗效及疼痛程度。结果：治疗后两组患者VAS评分均有所降低，但差异均无统计学意义（P＆gt;0.05）；治疗后两组患者M-JOA均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.05），且治疗组低于对照组（P〈0.05）；治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：腰夹脊穴温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有较好疗效，操作简单安全，具有一定的可重复性和临床价值。

Clinical Observation on Warm Needling Moxibustion on Lumbar Paravertebral Points for Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective：To observe the efficacy of warm needling moxibustion on lumbar paravertebral points for lumbar disc herniation. Methods：50 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into treatment group （25 cases） and control group （25 cases）, the treatment group treated by warm needling moxibustion on lumbar paravertebral points, while control group by conventional acupuncture on lumbar paravertebral points, observed the efficacy and degree of pain of two groups. Results：After treatment, the VAS and M-JOA scores of two groups were both de-creased （P〈0.05）, and those of treatment group were lower than control group （P〈0.05）;the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Warm needling moxibustion on lumbar paravertebral points has significant curative effect on lumbar disc herniation, which is easy operation and safe, and has a certain degree of reproducibility and clinical value.
