针刺联合盐酸关金刚改善中风后失语临床观察

目的：观察针刺联合盐酸美金刚治疗中风后失语的临床疗效.方法：将62例中风失语症患者随机分为针刺联合盐酸美金刚治疗组（31例）和单纯针刺治疗组（31例）,盐酸羡金刚初始剂量5 mg/天,1周后增至10 mg/天;针刺治疗选“醒脑开窍”针刺法结合金津、玉液舌下点刺出血,分别观察两组治疗前后“汉语失语症检查法”评分及两组之间疗效比较.结果：治疗组总有效率为93.55％（95％ CI=78.55％～99.20％）;对照组为68.97％ （95％ CI =52.12％～ 85.81％）,两组综合疗效比较（u=2.990 2,P=0.004 8）;治疗组较对照组可明显提高患者的语言积分参数（t=13.147 1,P＜0.01）.结论：针刺联合盐酸美金刚治疗中风后失语的临床疗效优于单纯针刺疗法,其收益为OR =0.15（95％ CI =0.03 ～0.80）,NNT =4（95％ CI=2.26～20.04）.

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Memantine Hydrochoride Tablets on Aphasia after Stroke

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with memantine hydrochoride tablets on aphasia after stroke. Methods：To divide randomly 62 cases patients with aphasia after stroke into the treatment group with acupuncture combined with memantine hydrochoride tablets （31 cases）and the treatment group alone with acupuncture （31 cases）. The initial dose of memantine hydrochoride was 5 mg every day and arer a week grown to 10mg every day ; as acupuncture treatment, we chose the acupuncture method of ‘ eonsciousneserestoring resuscitation＇ combined with jinjin, yuye sublingual prick, and observe respectively the scores of ‘Chinese aphasia test＇ and the comparisons of curative effect between two groups before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 93.55% （95% CI =78.55% -99.20% ） in the treament group; while in the control group 68.97% （95% CI = 52. 12% - 85.81% ） , the integrated efficacy of two groups were compared （ u = 2. 990 2, P = 0. 004 8 ） ; moreover, the treatment group can significantly reprove the language integration parameters in patients than the control group （ t = 13. 147 1, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The clinical effects of acupuncture combined with memantine hydrochoride tablets on aphasia after stro]：e is better than that alone with acupuncture treatment, its benenfit was OR = 0. 15 （95 % CI = 0. 03 - 0. 80）, NNT = 4 （95 % CI = 2.26 - 20. 04）.
