电针不同波形对中风恢复期患者的临床疗效观察

目的：比较断续波、疏密波电针和传统针刺法对中风恢复期患者肢体运动功能障碍的疗效。方法：90例中风恢复期患者随机分为A、B、C组各30例，分别采取断续波电针、疏密波电针和传统针刺治疗，3个疗程后记录Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分。结果：治疗后三组患者运动功能评分均显著高于治疗前（P〈0.05），且A组运动功能评分显著高于B、C组（P〈0.05），B运动功能评分显著高于C组（P〈0.05）；A、B组愈显率均显著高于C（P〈0.05），但A、B组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：断续波电针改善中风恢复期患者肢体运动功能效果显著，疏密波电针次之；电针治疗中风恢复期患者有效，断续波电针可能是治疗中风恢复期患者的一种重要方法。

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Electro-acupuncture of Different Waveforms on Patients with Stroke Convalescence

Objective：To compare the efficacy of intermittent wave, dilatational wave electro-acupuncture and traditional acupuncture on limb move-ment dysfunction of patients with stroke convalescence. Methods：90 cases of patients with stroke convalescence were randomly divided into group A, B and C with each of 30 cases, treated with intermittent wave electro-acupuncture, dilatational wave electro-acupuncture and traditional acupunc-ture respectively, Fugl-Meyer motor function scores were recorded after 3 courses of treatment. Results：Motor function scores of three groups after treatment were all significantly higher than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, and motor function score of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and C （P〈0.05）, group B was significantly higher than group C （P〈0.05）;markedly effective rate of group A, B was significantly higher than that of C respectively （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference in group A and B （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Intermittent wave electro-acu-puncture improves the limb motor function of patients with stroke convalescence obviously, and dilatational wave electro-acupuncture takes second place;electro-acupuncture treating patients with stroke convalescence is effective, intermittent wave electro-acupuncture may be an important meth-od for stroke patients in recovery phase.
