三步逐层整脊复位手法治疗颈源性三叉神经痛疗效观察

目的：观察三步逐层整脊复位手法治疗颈源性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法：将132例颈源性三叉神经痛患者随机分为观察组（66例）和对照组（66例），观察组采用三步逐层整脊复位手法治疗，对照组给予口服卡马西平片（150mg，tid），观察两组临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05），VAS评分及复发率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：三步逐层整脊复位手法治疗颈源性三叉神经痛疗效显著，镇痛效果良好，且复发率低，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Chiropractic Manipulation of Three Steps Treating Cervicogenic Prosopalgia

Objective：To observe the curative effect of chiropractic manipulation of three steps treating cervicogenic prosopalgia. Methods：132 pa-tients with cervicogenic prosopalgia were randomly divided into observation group （66 cases） and control group （66 cases）, observation group was treated with chiropractic manipulation of three steps, while control group with oral carbamazepine tablets （150mg, tid）, to observe the clinical effica-cy of the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, VAS score and recurrence rate were both lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Chiropractic manipulation of three steps treating cervicogenic prosopalgia is obviously effective, which is with good analgesic effect, low recurrence rate, as well as safe and reliable, being worthy of clinical application.
