补肾法针刺配合中药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的：观察补肾法针刺配合中药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法：对50例膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行补肾法针刺配合中药治疗，观察其临床疗效，并与50例健康志愿者进行VAS评分、膝关节间隙比值、膝关节穿刺液性状的比较。结果：痊愈2例，显效26例，有效16例，无效6例，总有效率为88.00%；治疗后，患者的VAS评分下降（P〈0.05），关节间隙比值及穿刺液性状均得到改善（P〈0.05）。结论：补肾法针刺配合中药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medicine of Kidney-nourishing Therapy for Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective：To observe the curative effects of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods：50 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated with acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney to observe its clinical curative effects, and compared to the VAS score, knee joint interval ratio, characters of knee joint puncture fluid with 50 healthy volun-teers. Results：2 cases were cured, 26 cases markedly effective, 16 cases valid, 6 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 88%;after treatment VAS score of patients decreased （P〈0.05）, joint interval ratio and characters of puncture fluid improved （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney treating knee osteoarthritis are significant, being worthy of clinical application.
