针灸扶阳法治疗膝骨性关节炎不同证型疗效观察

目的：观察针灸扶阳法治疗膝骨性关节炎不同证型的疗效。方法：80例膝关骨性关节炎患者按中医辨证分痛痹组、着痹组、行痹组、热痹组各20例，均采用针灸扶阳法治疗，比较四组患者JOA评分及疗效。结果：治疗后四组患者JOA积分均显著高于治疗前（P〈0.05），其中痛痹组及着痹组JOA积分显著高于行痹组及热痹组（P〈0.05）；痛痹组及着痹组总有效率显著高于行痹组及热痹组（P〈0.05）。结论：针灸扶阳法是一种治疗膝骨性关节炎有效的方法。

Efficacy Observation on Acupuncture Fuyang Therapy on Knee Osteoarthritis of Different Syndrome Types

Objective：To observe the curative effect of acupuncture Fuyang therapy on knee osteoarthritis of different syndrome types. Methods：80 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into Tongbi group, Zhuobi group, Xingbi group and Rebi group with each of 20 cases accord-ing to syndrome differentiation of Chinese Medicine, all with acupuncture Fu Yang treatment, the JOA scores of four groups and curative effect were compared. Results： JOA scores of four groups after treatment were all significantly higher than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, wherein Tongbi group and Zhuobi group were significantly higher than Xingbi group and Rebi group （P〈0.05）;total effective rate of Tongbi group and Zhuobi group were significantly higher than those of Xingbi group and Rebi group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture Fuyang therapy is an effective method for knee osteoarthritis.
