| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺配合中频脉冲电疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：172例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组88例与对照组84例，治疗组采用针刺配合中频脉冲电疗法，对照组只用中频脉冲电疗法，2个疗程后评价两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺配合中频脉冲电疗法治疗肩周炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency electric pulse for scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 172 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group （88 cases） and control group （84 cases）, the treatment group treated by acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency electric pulse, while control group only by intermediate frequency electric pulse, and evaluated the efficacy of two groups after 2 courses of treatment. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was signifi- cantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency electric pulse has significant curative effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis. |
