| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的表面肌电信号的变化。方法：66例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，对照组采用常规康复治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用针刺疗法，2个疗程后观察两组患者临床疗效及表面肌电信号。结果：治疗组总有效率为97.15%，显著高于对照组的87.10%（P＜0.01）；治疗后治疗组积分肌电值显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：表面肌电图能有效评价针刺疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的肌肉电位变化。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the changes of surface electromyogram signal of acupuncture therapy for cervical spondylosis. Methods：66 cases of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group with conventional therapy, treatment group add-ed acupuncture therapy based on the treatment of control group, clinical efficacy and surface electromyogram signal of the two groups were observed after 2 courses. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.15%, significantly higher than that of control group by 87.10%（P〈0.01）;the integrated electromyogram of treatment group was higher than that of control group after treatment（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Surface electromyogra-phy can effectively evaluate the muscle potential changes in acupuncture treating cervical spondylosis. |
