电针结合穴位埋线治疗周围性面瘫疗效观察

目的：探讨电针结合穴位埋线治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法：将98例周围性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组（49例）和对照组（49例），治疗组采用电针结合穴位埋线治疗，对照组单纯采用电针治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率100.0%，高于对照组的87.8%（P〈0.05）。结论：电针结合穴位埋线治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Electro-acupuncture Combined with Acupoint Catgut Embedding Treating Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective：To explore the therapeutic effects of electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding treating peripheral facial paralysis. Methods：98 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group （49 cases） and control group （49 cases）, treat-ment group was treated with electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding, control group only with electro-acupuncture treatment, the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 100%, higher than that of control group by 87.8%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding is significantly effective and high safety in pe-ripheral facial paralysis, being worthy of clinical application.
