| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者行腹腔镜下保留卵巢手术的有效性及安全性。方法：16例卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者采取腹腔镜下保留卵巢手术治疗，回顾性分析其效果。结果：术后3个月所有患者卵巢功能恢复正常，未见手术并发症。结论：卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者行腹腔镜下保留卵巢手术安全有效，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of pedicle torsion of ovarian cyst treated with laparoscopic ovarian preservation opera-tion. Methods：16 cases of patients with pedicle torsion of ovarian cyst were treated with laparoscopic ovarian preservation operation, retrospectively analyzing the effect. Results：3 months after surgery, ovarian function of all patients returned to be normal without operative complication. Conclu-sion：Patients with pedicle torsion of ovarian cyst undergoing laparoscopic ovarian preservation operation is safe and effective, being worthy of pro-motion. |
