| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术（MPCNL）联合三金颗粒剂治疗上尿路结石的疗效。方法：79例上尿路结石患者均行MPCNL治疗,术后均口服三金颗粒剂4-8周,分别于术后第3-4天、4周、8周复查KUB或B超,评价疗效。结果：术后第3-4天、4周、8周总有效率分别为75.94%、82.28%、91.14%。结论：MPCNL治疗上尿路结石具有创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快的优点,术后联用三金颗粒剂可促进术后残留结石排出。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPCNL） combined with Sanjin granules for upper urinary calculi. Methods：79 cases of patients with upper urinary calculi were all treated by MPCNL and orally taking Sanjin granules for 4-8 weeks after surgery, then reexamined KUB or B-ultrasound at 3-4 days, 4 weeks, 8 weeks after surgery to evaluate efficacy. Results：The total effec-tive rate of 3-4 days, 4 weeks, 8 weeks were 75.94%, 82.28%, 91.14%. Conclusion：The treatment of MPCNL has advantages like small trauma, less bleeding and rapid recovery after surgery on upper urinary calculi, which combined with Sanjin granules can improve postoperative residual calculi discharged. |
